H1B Transfer - Need suggestion

I am holding a H1B for Company 'A' and i got another job in company 'B'.
company 'B' applies for an H1B transfer. I have mentioned to company 'B' that subject to H1B approval i will be joining.
if H1B transfer failed, what will be my status?
Can i still work in Company 'A'?

--let the B apply H1 transfer with Premium Processing so that you and employer get results in 20-25 days from the date USCIS gets H1 transfer petition. Join only AFTER H1 of B gets approved and you get H1 approval notice in hand.FYI USCIS is asking lot of documents at this time in RFE and many employer are unable to provide what is asked by USCIS in RFE

if H1B transfer failed, what will be my status?
-----if Company B H1 is denied and employer A revokes your H1 by writing to USCIS then you don't have any status and go out of US.
Can i still work in Company 'A'?
---Yes if the employer has not revoked your H1 by writing to USCIS and is ready to take you back. at this time no need to inform your present employer that you will be moving to B with H1 transfer. A may revoke your H1.
