H1B Transfer - without salary slips or W2

I am working with company A in India and came to US on H1-B. Now I got an offer from company B in US. Problem is I will be getting per-diems here for my 1 month stay and full salary in India from the company A. Can I use my indian salary slips of company A to file my H1-B transfer? How can one file H1B transfer without W2 or pay stubs of previous employer especially when he is in US on H1B for a month or so ?

Purpose of asking 1-3 months pay stub is, that you are working in US currently and getiting your pay after paying your federal/state/SS taxes.

W2 is not necessay, however W2 shows your yearly earning, if W2 amount is less than your annual salary it shows your break in employment/ or sitting in the bench which is illegal in H1 status. Your Indian salary no way come in to picture for your H1 transfer, only US pay stub having your SSN.

h1-b transfer without W2

I have just come to US for company A and wants to do H1-B transfer for company B without any W2 or pay stubs. Can I file my H1B transfer without such document ? Note: I have got SSN
