H1B Transfer/Stamping Questions

I have a valid H1 and a visa stamp on my passport from the employer A till Apr 2006.

I have changed my employer to B shortly, and have gotten a transfer from my old employer (A) to the new one (B).

A few questions(s):

1. Do I have to visit the consulate again to get a stamping of my new employer?

2. Will I face any problem at port of entry? What should be the response to the question on who my current employer is ? A or B. Also should I present my I-797 at PoE for my employer B

3. What happens if my employer A cancels my I-797 petition?

4. If my spouse were to travel on a H4 visa, would I need to have the stamping of the current employer ?

5. When can I get the stamping of my current employer on my passport

---- show your Visa on passport through A AND ALSO show new H1 tranfer approval, you will get new I-94 till H1 approval Notice, check your I-94 date if any mistake point out to Inspector that I-94 should be given till H1 transfer notice or ask for supervisor he will correct it
3. What happens if my employer A cancels my I-797 petition?
----- NO problem , employer can ONLy revoke the H1 petition from USCIS and canot revoke the Visa stamp as USCIS has nothing to do with VISA Stamp it is stamped by US consulate or DOS
4. If my spouse were to travel on a H4 visa, would I need to have the stamping of the current employer ?

5. When can I get the stamping of my current employer on my passport
----- when you go out of US after the Visa stamp expiry you can get Visa stamp from US consulate or can revalidate Visa stamp in US when Visa stamp not having more than 60 days left on valid Visa stamp or the Visa stamp is NOT expired more than 1 year( check the Visa revalidation site search through google)
** remember DOS in US may stop Visa revalidation from September that is what many lawyers have posted becase according to ne rule for Visa staming now Fingerprints are needed and DOS in DC has no direct contact with Visa applicants
