H1B transfer related (URGENT... pls. help)

Hello,

Can anyone help me on this?

My wife is in h4 now, travelling to India next week and coming back in end of Dec. She has valid H4 stamped on her passport and entered the country twice in that visa.

Now, I may have to change the employer and file the H1 transfer during her trip. Can she enter the country with the exitsing visa on her passport without any problem?

Any input in this regard will be very good help to me.

--YES, if she has valid H4 Visa stamp(it does not matter if it hasinfo of your past employer, she will get I-94 till the date her H4 visa stamp is valid, once she reaches US dont forget to file her H4 extension BEFORE her I-94 gets expired.
** If your get H1 transfer approval BEFORE she comes to US then send her your H1 transfer approval and at POE she will show H4 visa stamp AND your H1 approval notice and she will get I-94 till the expiry date of your H1 approval notice
