H1B transfer questions: Whether current employer know about the new employer

Hi

Currently I am on H1b visa with company A. I would like to transfer this to Company B. I heared that Company A will not know that it is transfering to Compnay B during the transfer. Is this correct?


Also, after successful transfer to compnay B whether USCIS will send any notification to compnay A saying their visa has been transferred to compnay B? Is there any way compnay A can know from USCIS that who is my new employer?

Yes and No.
The last question.. I don't know in case A requests CIS about the info..
But what's the problem that A knows you join B ?

on the second question, I had signed a contract with Company A that I will not join compnay B, thats why. I wanted to know If CIS will send Company A any information by default as part of the transfer?

Company A will not go by themselves and check with CIS for that.

----------------NO, USCIS does not have time for that and they have enough work pending

A does not know trasfer is going on. is that correct ? --> Yes
Does CIS tell A that transfer to B was done ? --> No

About non competing clause part, CIS most probably doesn't share the info with 3rd party, but you never know where A gets it from, though.
