I was working with company X with a H1b that will expire in Feb 2004. I moved to a new conavy, Y, in Sep2002. Company Y applied for a transfer and I got a new I-94 till Apr2004. Now I have to go back to India for a brief period in Jan 2004. I will return to US on the last week of Jan 2004. My question is : Do I need to have a new visa stamping done though my old visa with company X holds good till Feb2004?
