H1B transfer question!!

Everyone,

I presently work for company 'A', and i have applied for company 'B'. So company 'B' will procees my H1 transfer.
I got a call from company 'B' saying that they have received my H1B transfer receipt notification.

1. Can i now start working for company 'B' ?

2. Suppose i join Company 'B' after 15 days from now, can Comapany 'A' management persons change my H1 status to out of status ?

3. Since i require to give a notice period for 10-15 days to company 'A', Company 'A' within that time frame change my H1 status to out of status?

-------------No, they can revoke your H1 by writing to USCIS
3. Since i require to give a notice period for 10-15 days to company 'A', Company 'A' within that time frame change my H1 status to out of status?
----------not a problem as your employer B has filed H1 transfer

What do you mean by that "they (did u mean comapny 'A') can revoke your H1B by writing to USCIS".

----Company A had your H1 and comany A can revoke the H1 by writing to USCIS. but you are safe if your H1 transfer papers reached USCIS and new employer has got H1 filing reciept
