I joined a company in july 07 and applied for H1B transfer from my old company. Three months later I came to know that application from my employer was not complete and USCIS needs to see more paper work before they approve my H1B. At that time I got the receipt number for the application. Now I want to change my job and file another H1B transfer. Since my first H1B is not approved yet, can I file for another one in parallel? Is it important for me to complete all the paper work for this H1B before applying to the next one? Any help in this regard will be greatly appriciated.
