Hi folks,
I'm in a unique situation.(apparently everyone is so)
Company A is a consulting company and it filed for my H1B and trained me in some technology from july to september (no pay/pay-stubs) and placed me in october. All this while I'm on OPT, which expires jan 13 and my H1B is approved recently with a start date of Jan 11.
Now I'm expecting a full-time, permanant job offer from Company B, in a week's time. Can they file for H1 transfer while I'm on OPT? How soon can I start at Company B? What are my options if I want to start off with company B ASAP?
