H1B Transfer-Help Needed

Hi,
I got my h1b visa with employer "A" Last month and right now Iam in India.
Through forums & Employees of Employer "A" ,I came to know That my Employer "A" who filed H1b for me wont pay properly and its difficult to come out from him(Behalf of Bond).
In this critical situation I thought of going H1B Transfer in India.
I got offer from Employer "B" Who is willing to do H1B Transfer.
Will it give me any problem to do H1B Transfer without payslips or without working for employer "A" Who filed my Visa.

I have also came to know that it is possible to do h1btransfer within 3 weeks after entering USA.Is It True?


Is there anybody faced this situation?

who know about H1B Transfer procedures please direct me....!

No body can transfer your H1 visa unless you are inside US and have your
I-94 card with you. (Only I 94 gives your H1 status with in USA.) Having H1 approved or H1 visa stamped in your passport will not give you any status and previlages. As of now you are same as any other Indian citizen living in India, just you can proud of showing your visa stamped in your pp to others.


Will it give me any problem to do H1B Transfer without payslips or without working for employer "A" Who filed my Visa.

I have also came to know that it is possible to do h1btransfer within 3 weeks after entering USA.Is It True? You can do your H1 transfer next minute you get your I 94 card at POE.
