H1B Transfer But Counter Offer

hmmmmm

I am working with 'Company A' with valid H1B till 2008. I got offer from 'Company B' with 25% raise. So I accepted 'Company B' offer and they started my H1B transfer.

Now when I gave 2 weeks notice to 'Company A', they gave me a counter offer. So now I would like to be employed by 'Company A' since I am at I485 stage and makes more sense to stay with same employer with increased salary. But what happens with the transfer of H1B that is already originated by 'Company B'?

1. Can I still keep on working with 'Company A' even though 'Company B' has applied for my H1B transfer?

2. Is my 'Company A' H1B invalid once 'Company B' H1B transfer is approved?

3. Does 'Company B' has an option of cancelling my 'H1B transfer' so that they can get their money back?

Gurus...Thanks in advance for all ur feedback.

If company A didn't cancel your H1-B.

I think you can continue with it.

Check with your company A's attorney.

No. Until you join B and be in their pay roll for some time.
3. Does 'Company B' has an option of cancelling my 'H1B transfer' so that they can get their money back? B can withdraw the petition, refund may not be possible.
