I would like to know if it is necessary to submit the approval notice of my current H1 for H1 transfer to another compary. I am under the impression that WAC number will suffice for H1 transfer. Is there any possibility of H1 being rejected if we dont submit approval notice.
Also, if at all we need to submit approval notice, will it suffice to just provide the lower detachable portion of the notice or is it necessary to submit the top portion too.
