Is it possible for the company to revoke H1B electronically same day ?

on the average how much time does it takes for an employer to revoke the H1B ?

It might be a problem if current company revokes it earlier than the new H1b transfer petition reaches INS. am i right ?

----- depends when the employer sends the letter, when it is recieved by sercvice center mail department and then goes to immigration officer, I cant give you correct anwer for the time they will take to revoke but I think it may take 10-15 days from the date employer or lawyer sent the letter

They may intimate DOL/CIS but not sure whether the Govt agency will revoke it the same day.
