H1b Transfer And Re Enter--urgent

Hello All,

My h1 transfer is currently underprocess.I got query during this process.I have valid visa till nov 14 2006.I did not get my new h1 approved yet.currently iam receiving paystubs from my new employer.

My quetion is.

Is it ok if i go to india and re enter with my valid previous employer's visa?

Any help would be appreciated.

----did you join after reciving reciept of H1 filing? if yes, no problem

------- yes you can enter US with valid visa of previous employer, but if your H1 transfer gets approved when you are out of US , try to get H1 approval and at POE show passport visa and new approval notice and you will get I-94 till new H1, check the date on I-94 at POE if any mistake point out to officer.
If only H1 filing recivet is with you then keep it with you and show only if asked at POE( better also keep new employer letter with you)
