H1B termination procedure

If I am going to terminate an H1B employment and leave the country. What is my employer supposed to do?

If you are leaving on your own, you employer will inform USCIS that you are no more working with them. Even this is not required but employers do to cover themselves.
If your employer is terminating your H1 employment, he has to pay for your journey back home.
