H1B Stamping & starting GC

My H1 transfer petition is pending(for a while now). Another Company has offered to start my Green Card processing. Will there be any issues when I go to Counslate in India for my H1B stamping?

No problem, you can be working on H1B with employer A and B can sponsor you for GC. GC is for future job
