I just received my H1B approval and I am planning to go to Mumbai in August for the visa stamp. I have been with this company since May 2002 on CPT and then on OPT.

1) How do make an appointment?
2) Have you guys heard about them rejecting visas?
3) What documentation do I need to present them?
