I have a H1B extension valid from say 12/15/2009. My current H1 expires on 12/14/2009.
Question: Can I leave the country and get new visa stamped before 12/15? I am fine if they issue me visa from 12/15 since I am anyway traveling back to US after that date but can I go for stamping interview on say 12/10 with a petition that has a start date of 12/15 to get my visa stamped?
