H1B Stamping after B1/B2 Visa

Hello,

I went to USA on B1/B2 Visa on Sep, and left on Dec back to Canada. During the three months, I found a company to sponsor my H1B.

Now I need get my H1B visa stamped in Toronto consulate. Will consulate find out my history and question my stay in USA for three months? Can I lie and just tell that I only stay for three weeks, because US consulate doesn't have record of my leaving? I have only record of entering US and Canada on my passport.

Will the same question be asked when I enter US?

Canada and the US share all such information. For your own good, do not lie. Nothing wrong in staying in the US for 3 months as a visitor.
