h1b RFE questions , pl someone answer me

Hi

One of my friend got h1 approval notice after replying to RFE . This is his first h1 .
Will it be a problem getting his visa because of RFE . Chennai or other counsulate will have information abt RFE ?????
Is the interview going to be tough ???

---- your friend did not get RFE it was employer who got RFE and RFE can be for any kind of exlanation or for any document
Will it be a problem getting his visa because of RFE .
---- I dont see any problem Visa stamp is done by consulates and RFE was sent by USCIS
Chennai or other counsulate will have information abt RFE ?????
--- not becase of RFE, they may not know that case was approved after RFE by USCIS and consulate has nothing to do with RFE sent by USCIS to employer
Is the interview going to be tough ???
