H1B revoked due to underpaid wage per annum

Immigration sent me the notice stating my I-129 was revoked. It is because of my W-2 and stated underpaid against the wage contract. My lawyer submit a rebuttal depending on that issue. He provided all my pay stubs on started on that particular years to present together with my W-2. It shows that my salary now is now in accordance with my wage contract in my H1B.
The immigration gave me 30 days or 2 weeks from now to submit an appeal. I feel hopeless because even my lawyer can't find any ways to save my case.

My I-485 is still pending. I've done biometrics and I received my Working Permit Authority. Will my green card application be affected after we failed to submit the appeal?

Is there anyways we can save my case?

How did you get this letter? Did you apply H1 transfer/extn?
