Hi all,
I have been offered a job , that I could start at the end of the year, but since the h1b cap for this year is reached, I guess I have to look into other options. One thing that I'm wondering about, is if I qualify for a cap exempt h1b visa.
The job basically is a research position, but I don't know if the non-profit would qualify as a 'nonprofit research organisation'.
I can't find any specs or criteria for this passage of the h1b visa regulations. Does anyone know how this is handled, which proofs have to be provided and how these visas are processed?
