H1B renwal

I came back to India last year from US. My current H1B visa is getting expired on 31st march 2008. I am planning to go back to US on 20th March.
Since i have 10 days left for my VISA expire, will i face any problems at Port of entry. My employer is ready to extend my VISA upon arrival in US.
I am working for the same employer for past 7 years.

Please advise...
