H1b rejetted on Transfer

Hi Friends,

My cousin's H1b got rejected when he transferred it from his old company. He says that his attorney made some mistakes and that his company is reapplying. He has a Master's degree and has been in US for more than five years . Do such things as rejection happen and if so, are they reversible?

----- Did he send his recent pay stubs from last employer when H1transfer was filed by new company??

------ If lawyer made mistake then lawyer can file again

----- Every case is different, depends why USCIS rejected H1, USCIS must have explained the reason for rejection with rejection letter
