H1b Queries

Dear All
Logisitc solutions Inc (http://www.logistic-solutions.com/) is gong to file my H1b. Any feedback on the repute opf teh company is appreciable.
Secondly i have few queries

1. What is the date by which American govt will open the H1b application quota for the year 2006
2. Do you have nay idea how many H1b will be offer this year
3. Approx how much time it takes after the company file H1b application
4. According to the previous trends, after how many weeks or months usually H1b quote finishes after it's start date. i am asking this to get an idea about how much time do i have in order to make decision.

1) Oct 1. But one can apply 6 months before that.
2) 65000 (minus a few thouand if you are not Chilean nor Singaporean)
3) A few months
4) It got exhausted Aug 10 last year.

Folks,

Going through this company (logistic-solutions) is very high risk, I know atleast few of them for which the Visa was straight away rejected at chennai. ( 221g) the company does not even provide sufficient good documentation when your case is rejected. Use my words as caution and proceed at your risk. (very high risk). They dont even bother to handle your case after rejection and leave you as you are ..

Guys

Late jump in the boat here. But be very cautious when you pay someone in US to do your visas. If the company is good then they will pay for you otherwise its good to wait. Trust me its not worthit. Its like company doesn't want to get involved in the embassy issues.

Like I recently opened a company but I am looking guys who are already on H1 because bringing a new guy from India requires lot of expenses and other cost. As well as embassy hassle. So take your best decision before jumping in with anyone.
