Hello guys, what are the steps to file for the H1B? Like what has to happen before H1B can be submitted on April 1st, 2007? Are there any information on the Internet regarding this?

At least, you have to clear LCA before H1 petition filing.

Then your employer files H1 petition. YOu need a few documents(mark sheet, graduate certificate, resume, birth certificate etc etc). Search on google.

Thank you again. Are you talking about the form I-129 now = H1 petition? Is this the one that goes to INS by April 1st? Or has to be approved before april 1st?

I-129 is H1 petition which should reach CIS on April 1.
