Hi,

I would like to know what is part time and full time H1b. Who can apply for part time/full time h1b? Can employer file for part time h1b how this will reflect in future. Can I work on two jobs on part time. what are the chances of getting part time h1b?

Please advice. I am in a big confusion.

First get your primary job H1 through a sponsering company. Once you have the H1 in hand, get another sponser who can provide you part time job, they can apply H1 by ticking box "Concurrent employment" .

You will get 2 h1, 2 pay stubs legally from two employers.
