H1B Multiple Jobs

I am on an H1B with a full-time job. I have been offered an opportunity to teach on the side.

What options do I have to legally teach? I am a Canadian citizen. Employer is willing to pay to a company name instead of to my name directly. Can I get paid to a corporation name - I own the corporation? Or will I need to get another H1B from another corporation and then get paid through that company? Are there any optiosn for me to legally get paid in Canada?

I work 40 hours for my current employer. Am I allowed to get a 2nd H1B and just work part time as an adjunct faculty on a 2nd H1B?

Anyone been through a similar situation? Any tips will be appreciated.

Thanks.

From your posting you are sponsered by (H1) Compay A and working for Company A.

If you want to work for company B (univeristy your case) either you can work through company A and company A can bill for your to University and pay the extra money through your regular pay check.

Or your own company ( or any other company) can sponser you for concurrent H1 (if eligible) and work for university and your own company can bill for you and pay through normal payroll process.

Or university can file a concurrent H1 and you can able to work part time and get paii directly from university.
