H1B masters quota

Hello!

I graduated with a masters degree from a US university and have been working in a non-profit company on a non-profit H1B. I would like to know if I can apply in the masters quota for H1B now since I never utilized that quota yet?

I just wanted a little more clarification on this issue. From your reply it appears that I can apply in the masters quota even though it's been 2 years since I graduated. Am I right? Do you happen to know any immigration articles that also indicate this?

Qaulification is whether you have a master degree or not from the US school. it doesn't matter how long it has been since you graduated.
