H1b: How can I start my Seminar business in Motivation Speaking?

Hi

I am working on H1 B Visa as a software product manager. Additionally, I am a good motivational speaker and have given many free speeches at many service organizations and conferences. I want to turn these speeches/seminars as my business. I guess I will need another H1 or some other kind of visa for that. What are my options?

I am the author of a book. Can I sell my book at the end of those free seminars if id while on H1 B.

Generally the revenue from the sale of books go to the publisher is it not? Royalties are considered passive income. Book sale should not be a violation. My opinion.

You can sell it on internet but need to check with your publisher..

again you on internet rules are not that strict.. you can sell it on your close one name... just a thought
