H1B getting married to US Citizen

Hello There!

I am H1B holder currently. Got H1B stamped on 01/17/2012 from India. Married to US citizen on 02/02/2012. Came back to USA on H1B, as I was on F1-Student till 2011. Received Marriage Certificate from India.

We both are living in USA under same wall happily married new couple.

Question: How do I apply on Family based GC? What are the forms needs to be filled out to have me GC now? Does she have to change her name before applying anything?

Please suggest forms to be filled out in orderly numbers if you could with approx. time frame.

Kindly advise.
