H1B Filing question, need answer to be able to file befoe April 1st

My company has hired a lawfirm to file for my H1B. THe lawyer is saying that they cannot file my application on 1st April because they are not able to get some LCA electornically (not sure if it is coming from USCIS or INS). They are saying that the earliest they can get LCA for my appliucation is on 1st April, then they do some labor market survey for 10 days and then my employer needs to sign it and send it back to the firm and then they will file my petition. It might easily be 2nd week of April before they file. Does anyone know about this electonic LCA that they are waiting from USCIS/INS and if there is a way to get this before April 1st. I am really confused about this becasue for sure flood of application will be filed on 2nd April.

Any help is appreciated.

Better change the law firm, seems to be , yours will be their first h1b.
