H1B Extension Stamping after I140 approval

Hi,

I got an NIW I-140 approval last week. I am about to submit I-485 and currently on H1B which will expire March 2005. The same week I also received an H1B extension. My question is could the embassy in my country deny stamping new H1B visa because I got approved for an I-140 and submit I-485?

No, the INA specifically states that an H/L visa (or entrance in H/L status) cannot be denied for immigrant intent.
