I have an approved I140 (EB2) with company A.
I currently work for Company B, received a 3 year extension based on original approved I140 and am currently on 8th year of my H1b visa.
I have 1 year left on my visa.My original EB2 priority date with company A is current now.

Now, If I leave company B and join company C, will I get a 3 year visa extension ( as was the case last time when my priority date was not current) or will the new visa be valid till current visa validity period ?

Thanks,
Sandy

---------------- Why dont you file I-485 and get job offer letter of A to be submitted with I-485? GC is for future job. Even if you are working with B or C still you can file I-485 if A is ready to give you future job offer letter ( once I-485 pending hits 180 days you will be eligible for AC21) That is the best option according to me.
