H1B extension help!!!

Hi, all:

I have a question regarding my H1B extension. My job title changed
during the first 3 years of H1B. Now it's time for extension. 140 has
been approved with the new job title. Should I use the new title
for extension?

BTW: I am going to DIY my H1B extension, anyone out there doing the
same thing? Please let me know and we can help each other.

--------------LC, I-140 is for future job after you get GC approved
Should I use the new title
for extension?
--------------- that is up to your employer and ask your company lawyer.

Thanks for the quick reply! One more question: I heard that if
the job description is totally different from the initial H1B, I will
need to apply for a new H1B instead of renew. Is that true?
If so, I think I am going to stick with the old title.
