H1B Extension after reentered as a parolee

Hi Guys,

I have a vaild EAD & AP but my H1-B expires by the end of April (not stamped on my PP). I am planning to visit India next month and am returning on AP. Upon return, can I apply for H1 extension as I am working for the same employer? If so, are there any implications?
