H1B Educational requirement ??????

Is there any minimum requirement for H1B interms of education. I am planning to apply for H1B (ofcourse next year) for my wife,But she is haveing only 3 years degree from India and a diplamo course for 1 year. Is it possible to apply for me to apply for H1B. Does this diplamo count into 4 years degree.

Send your wifes all the educational credential to www.wes.org for educational evalution for immigration purpose , and keep the evaluation report handy before applying your wife's H1b.
