H1B Cap - Reapply after 6 years

Hello All,

I have a question regarding H1B Cap. I was in the US for 6 years - and since my 6 years expired, I left US after 6 years. I would like to apply for a new H1B Visa after my 1 year stay outside US.

Will I be subject to the H1B Cap.

Please let me know if you have any details.

Yes. Subject to the cap.
