H1B approved without I94.

Recently I transferred my H1B from company A to company B, now H1B is approved for company B. But it's approved without 1-94 status. This is one issue & the other issue is I came to US in Jan 2006 through company A, and was on bench for two months for which I din't receive any pay stubs. Now if the consular asks in India questions about those pay stubs what I need to answer.

Do I need to go to India for re-stamping of H1. Or is there any other alternate ?
I must go and get new VISA immediately ?
My family is here on H4, how would it effect their visa. Kindly suggest me ?
Can we request INS to re-open the case ?
Instead of going to New Delhi, can I go to Canada ?

Do I get any legal help from you? please let me know ASAP........
 
Find out through your attorney, reason for not getting an I 94 in the first place.

If you go to Chennai, you may face problem in restamping.

GREAT GURU Need Your Advice about RFE

Can you help me ?

I was working for company A and have approval notice from them. ( I94 also). I have 4 months payslips from them.
I switched to company B ( A consultant) and have 3 months payslip from them ( working at Client Site). the H1B application is in RFE status. We will be sending the response soon.


A company C is willing to take me on with a full time JOB and willing to sponsor my Visa. I am thinking of letting them apply for my Visa for safety because the H1b Application to B might get denied.
What would you recommend?
