H1B approved. How to approach for revalidation before 16th

Hi,

My H1B just got approved and the lawyers have my paperwork. Do I have to send it before 16th to get it revalidated or can I send it anytime since my my H1b got approved before 16th ?? If I do need to send it now, then what documents do I need?

Any help is appreciated.

more than 60 days validity of H1B stamp

Hi Jaxen,

Can I send the passport for revalidation of H1B visa to St Louis, if the validity of existing visa is more than 60 days....?????

I know the rule does not premit... but is there any cases of u know.. which were successful? This July 16th dead line sucks....
