H1b and AP

Hello,
I was wondering if while travelling my wife can enter on AP an I can enter on H1b with AOS receipt at the same time.
Will doing this invalidate either my H1b or her AP.
Please advise.

AP with I485 receipt
H1 need not show receipt. It will definitely confuse the junior inspector . However your spouse will be subject to secondary inspection anyway...
Nothing gets invalidated...

My understanding is that if either u or ur spouse uses AP to re-enter, u lose ur H-1B status and go in AOS-Pending status .... U need EAD to work. Check with ur lawyer..

Foggy Area

This is very very foggy area. Just using AP does not nullify H1B, some people says. My lawer always says "Yes, using AP nullify H1B". He is big lawer though.

I do not know what is the fact.
