Hi all, the subject of this post may sound a little strange. I got my green card thru employment back in 2004 then I married in 2005. My wife cannot of course adjust status since she has to wait for her priority date (5 to 6 years). My question is, is it possible that I apply for H1-B if I am a permenant resident and thus my wife would be on H4 and be able to live legally with me in the USA? Also, can my company use the same LC to apply for my green card again (my wife would adjust at the same time)???

Thanks all!

I dont' think you can apply for H1 under LPR status. You need to be non-immigrant.
If you go down that path, you first abandon LPR status, and then apply for H1B.

LC is considered consumed once LC holder gets GC. You need to reapply for LC.

Urgent Help - H1B Multiple Entry Stamping

I have 7th year extension approved till Dec'07. My multiple entry visa expired in Oct'06. I am an Indian citizen. Currently i plan to travel to China/Taiwan. Should i go to India and get multiple entry stamped before proceeding to Taiwan/China or should i go to Mexico/Canada for multiple entry stamping?
If i go to India, how long does it take to complete the stamping procedure?
Any suggestions? Thanks again in advance.
