H1B - 6th year, LC pending - 4th year, should I contact PA senator?

Hello!

Here's the situation:

Company A ( very small ):
H1B expires Nov 2005
LC - filed May-18-2001, transfered to Regional offices Dec-18-2003, which is very much backed off in Philadelphia still processing Feb-2003.

I'm working on sub-contract for Company B ( very big ).
Company B wants to hire me ( same skills ).
Can I transfer my LC case to Company B and not to lose any processing time? If yes, then Company B has to transfer my H1B or it can apply for another one?

Any other options in the situation?

What about 7th year extension?

----NO, LC is not portable, you have to start the GC process from new LC filed by B
and not to lose any processing time? If yes, then Company B has to transfer my H1B or it can apply for another one?

------ I would remain with the same employer till my LC is cleared and I-140 and I-485 is filed, becase your 6 years on H1 hit on Nov 2005, even if the employer B files new LC for you then lawyer will take 2-3 months to file it and it may not hit 365 days LC pending before you hit 6 years
What about 7th year extension?
----- you can file 7th year H1 extension based on pending LC more than 365 days

Can I contact my senator?

It's been already 4th year since my case pending in Philadelphia DOL.

They've received it on May-18-2001, now it's pending in Regional dated
on Dec-18-2003, but they're processing Feb-2003, no progress seen for at least past 6 months.

Can I contact the senator offices? Would it make any difference or harm?
Has anyone succeded in this?

PA senator ??.. would that work?

Has anybody succeded in contacting PA senator to push the case forward.
Mine's pending for way too long ( May-18-2001 ).
