I am a programmer analyst and my salary is mentioned in my LCA as $36,000 per annum. Since i work for multiple clients though i get regular paystubs the salary on each of the paystubs varies.
What my employer does is he pays 1500 bimonthly salary(this covers the LCA committment of $36,000) and pays 4200 as salary for the same period (this is for the additional hours i work for multiple clients) Now this $4200 is not fixed it will change to 4500 or 5200 and so on.
so now if i look at my paystubs i have two paystubs for every pay period - one for the $1500 and the other for the additional hours worked.
will this create a problem when i go for my visa stamping?
Pl let me have your valuable suggestions
