H1 visa revalidation,while H1 transfer is pending

Hi,

I am in strange situtation.

I am switching jobs and have filed my papers for H1 transfer thru premium processing.

The approval should come in 15 days.

Meanwhile, my old visa (stamping) expired last month, while I 94 is valid for another 2.5 years.

Can I send my visa for revalidation at St. louis, with current employer I94, while transfer is pending for new employer.

Even if I send, will it get rejected, as by the time they process my visa stamping application with old employer, the employer would have changed to a new one in their records.

---- Visa staming nothing to do with petition filed and pending with USCIS, Visa in US is stamped by DOS and USCIS approve H1/transfer/extensions
****** BUT you need letter of employer that states your job duties, wages and skills. if you are still working with the employer whose H1 approval notice you will send for stamping then no problem get letter from that employer
