H1 visa premium processing RFE responded but not heard anything

Hi everyone!
My company's lawyer applied for my H1(premium processing) and the online status said the application was recieved(Vermont center) on 24th April'06 and then the status changed on April 28th because an RFE was issued requesting my husband's latest paystubs(because i am on H4 visa currently), Lawyer sent in the paystubs by 15th of May-But the online status has not yet changed and i have not recieved any response..The lawyer says RFE was responded to...I am really anxious and worried!!---Anybody in similar situation...Please help!
 
Same case here ... filed for premium processing on April 24th, got an RFE on may 3rd, my employer/lawyers have responded by Mid May, but dont see any updates from VSC so far ...
 
Hi,

My H1B renewal was submitted premium processing in Jun, i got a query on the 22nd of Jun, the lawyers have responded to the query end of July, but no change in the status to even say that they have received the response to the query.. I thought since its Premium processing they will atleast look at the paper work, how long did your cases take after responding to query.. if yours has been approved.

did you any of you hear back from USCIS abt response to RFE. I am planning to get premium processing done while applying in april 2007 but i have been hearing that you always get RFE if you do a premium application through consultant. Please help

One of known person working for comp A got fired on Jan 19th 2007 and threatned to cancell / revoke the H1b.

Catch hold of a sponser with 2 months paystub applied for H1b transfer premium process on 29th January. to Vermont lock box. (No RFE)

Papers were forwarded to CA premimum processing center on 6th Feb and receipt ref details came through e-mail, physical recipt yet to come.

On 9th Feb the H1 got approved , approval notice came to attorney 13 th Feb 2007.

If the employer taken initiative to revoke the H1b, the papers have not reached or taken for process by USCIS.

Hello guys, Its really urget, if the guru's can please help.

My company's lawyer filed my H1b transfer in July 06, and got the receipt so I joint the company, as per he said he got an RFE in Nov 13 asking for the $500 fraud protection fee, which he forgot to send.
After that we kept on waiting and waiting .....I was so worried so asked the the company to file for premium processing ...which they did..on March 05, 2007 ...overnight.
On march 06 2007 it showed me online that the case status has been resumed.
Again online now it is showing the last update on 11th March 2007

Now on March 19 2007 ...the company received all the PP documents back with just one line letter saying that ...we are sending back the PP documents and check as the Petition is already denied on March 05 2007.

My company's lawyer has not yet shown me any documents.....he has received from USCIS...
He also say's that we haven't received any official denial document yet from USCIS. .... so we should wait. and online it is still showing under pending case.

When I call USCIS they give the same Info that the case is still pending.

Please help what to do????
As I was looking in Filing an appeal they say in 30 days of denial date you have to file it...but guys I dont have the denial notice yet...

what should I do???

Give some light here...
