H1 Visa issue

I am on H1 visa with company A and transfered to company B. I got transferred to company B. should i go for stamping or not. i am thinking of going to home country with in few days.if go to Canada for stamping if they regreted can i come to here are not.please help me in this regard.

-------if you have I-94 attached with H1 transfer approval(lower Right side) then no need of visa stamping
i am thinking of going to home country with in few days.
---------till what date is your Visa stamp valid in you passport? when you want to Come back to US?
if go to Canada for stamping if they regreted can i come to here are not.
-----------------if you apply Visa stamp in Canada and it got rejected then from Canada you have to go directly to your home country from Canada and cant enter US from Canada.
please help me in this regard.
