These offices are called Executive Suites. It is not for 100 or 200 $. You can get virtual office at 100 or 200$. But INS won't accept that as your office because you do not have actual office. (Also, it does not look professional to do it that way. We are trying to establish our company. So, we wanted our own office space anyways. ) INS is real clever at finding out virtual offices. And believe it or not but most probably we had got one call under disguise from INS to verify our office. They portrayed as if they were selling something to us. They called us at least 3 times in one day. They inquired about our business and how we conduct business etc. They gave us some fake number to call back. The reason we think they were INS people because after one hour of the last conversation between my staff and this fake person they approved our H1 visa.

Back to your office requirements - It might be more than $500 or more in CA. I am in MO. It is less in MO.

Basically, they provide everything from Phone and secretary service. You have to be careful with some office providers. They won't allow your name to appear in the building directory. So, you have to hunt for the right one. You have to have your name displayed on the building directory and the main office. INS looks at those photos real close. Some office providers even won't allow you to take photos of their premises.

About my attorney, I won't recommend my attorney to anyone else because he gave us hell of problems. Our papers were not submitted on time. At one point we were about to lose our contract. So, I won't recommend that lawyer but you can get any good lawyer in CA itself.

If you have any questions, let me know.
