H1-Trnsfer Related Query!! Please Help!!

I was with company A and worked at their offshore (India) office. Company A applied for my

H1-B visa and after the visa stamping I travelled to US. I worked for Company A for one and

half years in USA and then shifted job to company B. my H1-B got transferred and I received

an approved H1-B petition for company B. The present visa stamp on my passport is that of

company A which is valid till april of next year. I had a make a short visit to india (for 2

days) and I was not able to get the consulate appointment for visa stamping for company B. I

came to USA on company A visa and saw the immigration officer the approved petition and

employment letter for company B and there was no issue in reentering. Now my question is

under the present circumtances, Can I again shift job to (say) company C without getting the

visa stamp for company B. Kindly let me know if I can directly get visa stamp for company C

once the H1B transfer to company C get approved?

---------------at POE you have shown comany A visa stamp AND H1 transfer approval of B and you got I-94 till H1 transfer approval of B. That is OK

Now my question is

under the present circumtances, Can I again shift job to (say) company C without getting the

visa stamp for company B.
---------------- YES, company C can file your H1 transfer ,you will need latest Pay stub copy through B and valid I-94 copy(front and back)

Kindly let me know if I can directly get visa stamp for company C

once the H1B transfer to company C get approved?
----------once the H1 transfer is approved for C and you get H1 approval notice of C then you can get visa stamp
