h1 transfer

I am in H1 with my present company but have not yet done the H1 stamping. Meanwhile , I got a very good offer from other company and they are willing to transfer my h1.

I want to transfer my h1 since the present company take lot of my salary in commission. What is the best way for me to transfer ? Either go for stamping and transfer or I can transfer my H1 to new company and then go for stamping.

I would highly appreciate for your suggestions.

If you are legally on H1 status, you can just transfer H1. No stamp is required.

At present you are working with employer A in US or just got H1 approval notice and out of US?
If you are working with A in US on valid H1 status and want to join employer B with H1 transfer then let employer B file H1 transfer for you with USCIS and once B gets H1 filing receipt from USCIS then you can join B. no need to inform A at this time that you are going to transfer H1.
Your H1 transfer approval will be having I-94 attached and you can stay and work in US till H1 transfer approval validity and can get Visa stamp when you go out of US.
